The next era

of work

has to be built.

A new advisory practice for companies navigating organizational transformation and AI-enabled work—and building the leaders the future demands.

FORMER META SENIOR LEADER · FORMER VICE PRESIDENT AT INTERSECTION, AN ALPHABET-BACKED COMPANY

You know when change isn't taking hold.

01 AI tools are available, but teams are using them unevenly—and the business value is still hard to see.

02 The reorganization is complete, but roles, decisions, and handoffs are less clear than they should be.

03 Leaders and managers need help guiding teams through change—and evolving how they lead for what comes next.

04‍ People understand the change, but training alone has not changed how the work gets done.

I start by finding what's getting in the way—then build what will move it forward.

SERVICES

Building what the next era of work will require.

New advisory engagements and programs shaped by more than twenty years leading organizational change—including senior leadership at Meta and Alphabet-backed Intersection.

01 — Organizational Readiness Diagnostic

A diagnostic to understand what your organization needs to move forward—and prepare for how work is changing.

Through conversations with leaders and teams and a review of how work gets done, I examine where priorities, decisions, leadership, and capabilities reinforce one another and where they create friction. You receive a clear assessment and focused recommendations: what to strengthen, what to change, and where to begin.

02 — AI & Work Redesign

An advisory engagement to help you decide where AI can improve the work and how that work needs to change.

Together, we examine a specific workflow, rethink tasks and responsibilities, and establish where AI contributes and where human judgment is essential. You leave with a redesigned way of working and a practical plan to test its impact.

03 — Leadership for the AI Era

A leadership program for people guiding their teams through change while evolving how they lead.

Through real business challenges, practice, and feedback, leaders strengthen their ability to set direction amid uncertainty, exercise judgment when working with AI, and develop people as roles and expectations change. Participants apply new approaches with their own teams, connecting their development to the work they are responsible for leading.

04 — Team Focus & Performance

A facilitated program that helps teams get clear on their priorities and make better use of their time and expertise.

We examine competing demands, question work that has outlived its purpose, and develop more effective ways to plan and collaborate. Teams leave with shared priorities, clearer ownership, and specific changes to put into practice—including where AI can make a useful contribution.

ABOUT GABRIELLE

I have spent my career inside the work of transformation.

For more than twenty years, I have led the people and organizational work behind significant business change.

At Meta, I spent seven years in senior leadership roles leading work across enterprise people strategy, organizational transformation, workforce planning, talent, leadership, performance, culture, mobility, people analytics, DEI, AI readiness, skills forecasting, and learning modernization. I also designed and implemented programs that reached approximately 70,000 employees.

Before Meta, I served as Vice President at Intersection, an Alphabet-backed company, where I led talent strategy, organizational planning, employee experience, culture transformation, and HR operational excellence. Across The Knot/XO Group, Intersection, and Meta, I also built three corporate universities from the ground up.

That range taught me to see the connections between strategy, leadership, structure, skills, systems, and the way work actually happens—and to build change that can hold in the real organization.

I help organizations build what’s next—and make it work.

WHAT COMES NEXT

A new advisory practice is taking shape.

Gabrielle Rolon Advisory is currently in development, shaped around a growing need for experienced, clear-eyed guidance at the intersection of organizational transformation, leadership, and AI-enabled work.

I am beginning a small number of conversations with leaders about the changes they are navigating and where focused advisory support could be useful. Each engagement will be senior-led, direct, and built around the work—not an off-the-shelf playbook.
